I hate it the way it is now ......

I hate going to the hairdresser (as there is always something else I want to do) but ... I love the results. I went to the hair dresser yesterday and had more green added to the mix .... I did not even get to the car before I received the first complement about my hair colour ....

I know sometimes its difficult to work out just what makes levels go so high one day and not the next - if your levels do go really high (ie reach 25, then please call 111 and ask for their advice) .... happy to read you are OK though :)

I asked my doc to reduce my Glic as I was not losing weight (and my BS levels had come way down too). At the same time I was diagnosed as having an underactive thyroid too. How much Glic / Metformin are you on?

B12 tablets were on sale in Lidl this week ... only £1.99 for 60 - (I bought a couple of packs)

I will be having blood tests at the end of the month ... I hope my results are as good as yours - I have been told it can be quite problematic to find the right dosage of thyroxine though I also have sleep issues - waking up after having 3 hours sleep .... I also expect my GP to take me off...
