I never tested before eating and there's been no weight loss. I never 'felt' low before the meal. It really is an unexpected result.

of going too low too often? By low I mean between 3 and 4, not the serious hypos experienced by our T1 friends. I know the risks of being high and we aim to keep our BS down but is there a danger?

6.1 up from 6.0 at my last test. I'm persevering with my nightly glass of red wine. And I'll put the slight rise down to the very stressfull time I've had since xmas.
