    For me ive never really eaten much but when i have its always been sugar/carbs. I love my poridge and honey because its slow burning i could have that in morning and that will keep me ticking over till early evening. But 50grams of porridge sends my bgs to 16-22mmol[emoji17]

    Mixed home veg so its broccoli,cauliflower, and some times spouts and tomatoes. I know veg has a certain amount of carbs/sugar so i guess im not on total zero[emoji4]
