    WHAT TO DRINK IN A PUB

    I will have diet coke with 3 wedges of lemon and lime if I am in a pub, with Ice..Especially in this heat. Some pubs do diet Fanta. I will sometimes have that with a couple of wedges of lemon and lime, Ice and a shot of vodka in. This heat I wont touch wine as I find it makes me feel even hotter.

    I find that Greek style yogurt is slightly higher in carbs and sugar. Total greek 5% fat is 3 carbs and 3 sugar per 100 gram. Some Greek style yogurt go up to 5.3 carbs per 100 gram, and 5.2 sugars

    I make my own..Frozen strawberries, coconut milk, a little unsweetened almond milk, teaspoon of vanilla essence. I put all the ingredients into my Ninja blender and pulse a few times..Delicious ice cream. It actually tastes like the really good parlour ice cream, and I know what has gone into it..

    Change your diet and go low carb. There are plenty of people who will advise you. Once your sugars are lower to a more normal level., perhaps your sexual desire will return. You have to change your lifestyle in the way of eating. Have you told your doctor about your worries?
