    Add some cream cheese, it binds it together well ans whizz it in the food processor rather than mash by hand

    Im going to stop using MFP now Ive got the hang of the fat/carb/protein ratio. I'm always eating to my MFP limits rather than to my hunger.

    Ive lost a stone since 24th of August but have stalled this week. Im blaming a busy time at work and being exhausted when I get in! I think I 'll stop using MFP because then I eat to my calorie allowance rather than stopping when Im not hungry

    I felt tired for hours after. I dont test but I just know if I had it would be high. Felt like Id had a ton of sweets....yuk

    Breakfast out. Gave away the hash brown but the only option for the toast was white. Paid for it all day! Dinner, savoury mince with roasted cauli S. Nuts, dark choc, chicken, salmon

    Yesterday I went out for lunch with my sisters and we found this place that did the most amazing 3 egg omelette with veg and chorizo, with salad and home made coleslaw. Hardly needed anything else the rest of the day as we only ate at 2:30. Still not really hungry now!!

    1 burgen toast with cheese spread 35g cheese, 2 chicken thighs, strawbs and piece of melon. Mr H is taking me out for tea.....promise I'll be good!!!

    As 'bad' goes thats fairly amateur. Hardly a bucket of Smarties!!! Well done for stopping there I say!!
