A Lidl high protein roll with a couple of slices of very thin sliced Edam (Asda) or with cheese triangle with Marmite usually. With scrambled egg and bacon when time allows. I often toast them in the halogen oven.

See your doctor if you think you may be diabetic. Blood sugars for non diabetics do rise after eating or drinking lots of sugary stuff but this does not mean they are diabetic. And get into the habit of drinking more water.

Pop into a pharmacy and ask if it is acceptable for restaurants to be like this. Don't let it spoil your holiday.

I took Lidl rolls away with me to Spain and kept them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks although were rusk like by the end. If proper camping they should keep in the original bag for 4-5 days with no problem if kept coolish. Watch out for the squirrels. Have fun.
