They keep the insulin at the correct temperature. You recharge them just by putting the bag in water

Hi @dex71 this problem has mainly been sorted now and the prescription service should be up and running fine. As for claiming money back from the NHS......best of wishes on that. That was your choice to order them and the NHS will not compensate you

Hi @paulaannbennett have to agree with @kaylz91. Your GP is trying to save money. Speak to your DSN at the hospital and tell them what your GP has said and they will get it sorted for you
