    On track today 500ml water pre breakfast 500ml water post 300ml water at lunch 1 pot of chamomile tea 1 pot of redbush tea 500ml water whilst cooking dinner 500ml after dinner When will my kidneys get used to this??? Cause the colour isn't as light as I would've expected... Now its bed...

    Man i just filled out a long post then was told no privileges or summut. So in a gist: not much water today. 1100ml water over the day 1 massive coffee in a soup bowl in costa at lunch for lunch.

    Early days but....

    Just keep to your plan, test before and 2hrs & 3hrs to see what rise you get. If it is higher than you expect then adjust accordingly, but don't beat yourself up. My 1 experience of doing it was only a +2.4 rise at 2hrs and even less at 3. So I will do it again as a foody treat to participate...
