Painted as the gods looked down on you, a dramatic sun rise.

Thank you for your appreciation. The light and atmosphere of your day sounds wonderful. The horse jumping we went to this evening was also bright, stormy and a magnificent light even a rainbow which went right across the jumping area, quite uplifting. I am waiting for my son to text me the...

Finished Cader Idris watercolour, I am not happy with the middle ground, I should have made it early morning mist and kept the mountain lighter, will try again in a day or two... A4 watercolour... Started another Spring Light Beech Tree painting. Will finish Wednesday. Now off to see both...

Winner for the impressionist art, very effective and a good learning curve by the sound of it. Hugs for thatch depletion. I'm sure @lindisfel knows better than I but I think Male Wrens play around and have multiple female partners installed in many nests so that maybe why you only see one at a...

Nice piece from you, I like the scale the boat gives the tree and the reflections in the water, good colour also. I can see what you mean by the Looser Style of brushwork, look forward to more and also some fallen blossom art.

Good Morning and 6 for me today. Yesterday's. Lunch of cheese salad. Evening meal of Stirfried Diced Pork in a yogurt, white wine and rosemary sauce served with broccoli, mange touts and courgette should have given me lower fasting numbers in my book. :banghead: I did try the small handful of...

Thank you. Yes that part of Wales is magical, running water, light, mountains and sea. I know so many old ancient byways to explore away from the maddening crowd. I did a recount of my shirts and T shirts and found Mrs Mc missed a few, I have 123 but I guess I only wear a handful. :) You are...

The weather turned bleak and I fell out of Spring Mode. I have spent many a wet day like today on Welsh Mountains and so back to Cader Idris but from across Mawdach Estuary. We know a small difficult to get to camping ground up a slate rock track, no caravans or large vehicles, tight even for...

Catching the moment, art at its best. T shirts and Shirts are a mystery. MRs MC counted mine and wanted to know why a 71 year old retired bloke needs 76 such things. I'm going to have to do some tug of warring to retain some of my holier ones.:)

Good Morningand 6.5 for me today. A meal of Tuna Steak coated with ground Fennel Seeds, Corriander Seed and Black Pepper Corns then Griddled and served with salad so I expected lower. Before the meal I was 5.8 after 5 and before bed 4.8, so what happened in the night? Whatever it is I have to...

That pudding sounds rather scrumptious. :) Thank you for you appreciation of things created by me. I'm with you on the Prussian Blue. Worked well on yourquick landscape and I will never tire of your lovely hills, so much detailed and yet so understated, just magical. :)

Dry different birds today and interesting media change, worked well even though a very different style. I think I prefer the ink, rice paper and brush wash paintings in your hungry bird series. These however still are masterfully drawn.
