    Good Morning and 7 for me today, 5.1 before bed time. High again with no real explanation, yesterday lunch Beef salad, dinner Cheese omelette and salad followed by Greek yogurt and raspberries.     Good Morning and 7.5 for me today. Cheese Omelette and salad for dinner last night and Smoked Salmon Salad for lunch and no snacks so can't explain that high number. Some strange dreams of the fright type so must be those. Cousin popping around later for a cuppa in garden so hope it warms up...
