I love walking when my arthritis allows I also go to aquasize I am retired but they have evening sessions and I use a wii machine.

I am fed up with mine as I keep having reactions from my bloodpressure tablets but my doctor is very patient the last one I was on flared my arthritis as I was also taking a statin one week in on a new one so far so good but it is a struggle.

I;m all for it my statin with a bloodpressure tablet has just caused a flare up of my arthritis.

I am diet controlled but my gp asked me if I had,any hypos but she has diabetics in her family so understands.
