    What my specialist nurse got me to do was to have no carbs for 2 days as this is a way to see if your basel setting is right as you should be stable all day . You can eat full English breakfast ie egg bacon mushroom tomato , steaks etc . You do feel a bit hungry but it certainly helped my nurse...
