    Clothes sizes

    Its crazy the difference in sizes. I'm in between sizes now. Was a size 18 last year now 12-14. I love Tesco clothes now all there size 12's fit :) I wish the labels were on the outside so everyone can see haha. I haven't been a size 12 for 30 years (before I had my first born)

    Have given porridge a go today. Made it with 2 tbls porridge, almond milk and a tsp of cinnamon. Tested before 7.6 two hours after 6.8 :) Wont have it everyday like I used to but at least I know I can have it again.
