Yes i have a glucometre :D I generally controll my glycemia 3 times daily ... One in the morning Generally i found it between "200-280" Then another one before lunch generally i found it betwee [120-150] And i do a glycemia before my gouty at generally 17h30 i find it between [60-100] ...

I generally don't eat a lot i eat only fruit and vegetables to avoid hypo i eat fruits ( strawberry exp ) sometimes i eat cheese and rarely to eat cake's and such things :) Yeah i will try to keep the same weight Thank's for proposing some help :) Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

I don't speak about my ilness ... Bcz i'm afraid of being isolated or considered as a weak person :/ and i don't tell this to the rest of family to not make them worry about me ... Bcz when i was diagnosis diabetic my parents were astonished and just seeing them like that make my mind up...
