Thanks for that, great advice! I have a ketone meter but GP won't provide the strips :( (they've now ran out of date! ) plenty of sugary drinks in luckily! Will give that a go and monitor through out the night xx

Fantastic! Hope you notice a difference right away, I don't find it hard to use but others do , was at hosp yesterday reading in oct was 79 reading yesterday was 61! So very effective, keep at it im sure you won't be disappointed :) x

Ps I've eaten at 10pm tonight night before if was around 5, had breakfast nothing got lunch small snack around 4 ish and sugars have been steady around 5-7 a 1st for me as was constantly high! Look on here too there's lots of useful info , some people say they don't like but I <3 it ! X
