Hi all 1 year on from being diagnosed as type 2 at age of 48 and my latest HBA1C is now down to 6.2, just wanted to tell everybody.

Have today completed the walk the extra mile sponsored walk - unfortunately it rained constantly we ended up soaked to the skin but then it was for a good cause - helping us all towards some research for a cure. well done to all those who have done a Walk the extra mile for diabetes.
