    I was here all the time up until about 2 years ago....I'm back on my 30gm carbs a day and it's really working well again! (I WILL get back into those 14/16 clothes again!)

    5.6 for me.....I have Been back on LCHF for a month now and within 14 days I was seeing 5.2 during the day. I have got my tastes back too - I had fallen off the wagon for over 18 months....now I am firmly back on it !! Nice to be back here too!

    You are doing so very well!! I really need to get back to being a regular on here, I've lapsed, in lots of ways, lots of reasons, but I'm determined to get back on track! Currently still meds free but just asked my gp to let me go back on forxiga....awaiting bloods next week :/

    I'm still losing without forxiga but staying lchf and exercise. I'd like another 2st off ideally but will never be a stick and no desire to be as I'm tall, 6. 2 1/2 and can get away with a bit extra !

    Only just seen this. ....haven't been around for a while ! I began forxiga late last June after 2 week of metformin which I couldn't tolerate at all. Combined with lchf (30gm pet day max carbs) and exercise I reduced my hba1c from 61 to 53 in 6 weeks and then to non-diabetic 38 13 weeks later...

    5.7 when wide awake at 5am....Once again throwing the covers off to cool down, telling myself to try and doze off again- only chance to have a lazy morning, then the cats decides she wants to go out! I did eventually snooze, but then woke up really hungry at 8am, tested and was 6.3......!!

    I had the most common issue of really bad upset tummy problems, hard to leave the house! I also just felt really wiped out somehow as if a brick had hit me! Soon as I started forxiga it was like a switch had been flicked and I felt great.
