    Coffee...

Coffee can raise my blood sugars, but not massively. As for Costa, if you drink cappuccino or latte, it's made with full fat milk and I inject a couple of units or just have Americano, which does not affect it at all. Costa do not put glucose in it!!! Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

You know, everyone has their own way of managing their diabetes, and what works for one person does not necessarily work for another....it's not an exact science and never will be. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    Any Advice?!

Hi, you should get back in touch with your gp and diabetes consultant, they should sort it for you. As for your other question, I have no idea if any medicines can help. Will be interesting to see the response. I just eat a well balanced, low gi diet and hope for the best. Take care xx Sent...

    Doctor rant..

You need doctors for insulin and tests. That's it really...I was alone too. I read book after book...it really helped. My advice would be to keep a diary. Monitor your blood sugars, what you ate and what you did that day....everything effects your body, but only you will know HOW it effects it...

Perhaps I have read it wrong...no way you'd be conscious after 2 years with no insulin. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
