I have type 1,had a tattoo 25 yrs ago with diabetes, but be careful as now no one will remove it cause of the diabetes and it looks old so don't have one where it can be easily seen as I have mine on my arm and can't wear anything sleeveless.

I think you need to calm down. I have had type 1 since the age of 4, over 40yrs. I am lucky if my blood is below 8 these days despite help from specialists Stressing about being prediabetic will make it worse. Learn to cope as their are many people who can help you and count yourself as lucky...
