I've read that Ceylon Cinnamon & Chromium are good for PCOS and I know it is good for Blood Sugar levels - you should maybe give Easybetic a go (from the diabetes.co.uk shop)?

Thanks, that is interesting. The Chromium you mention is picolinate - the only difference in the EasyBetic is that the Chromium is GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor) I don't know the difference exactly but I think it is better for diabetes... and it has lots of other "goodies" they say are good for...

Do some research as Cassia in large quantities can be bad for you. Better stick to Zeylonica AKA True Cinnamon :)
