Oh, we'll I don't remember much, only because I was dehydrated (and asleep when my mum and dad was told! Laugh out loud!)

Cool I was diagnosed 5 weeks ago. Still pretty new to it though. I just moved to secondary so it has been tough.

I have a metal bracket which can stretch out to put on and take off. It says 'diabetic type one'.

Ok, I'm not used to this because I have only been diabetic for 3 weeks.

Was anyone mean to you when you started secondary?

How did you cope going into secondary?

The other half has heard from DNS today and is a lot happier - managed to contact the school and had a visit around the school showing her where and when they can do the jabs - really nice - out of 1000 children there is two in school with t1 and they assure her they will there for her if needed...
