Hi I'm Paul I'm 23, I've had Type 1 Diabetes for 11 years, I live in the UK and enjoy keeping fit, I use Novarapid 3 times a day and Lantus once a day. I joined here just because I saw it on Facebook, I'd quite like to speak to people around my age about Diabetes and stuff :)
