I contacted my GP as I have CHD as well as TD1 and was told I don't need to shield although this is the same GP who said there is no proof CGM helps BS control!!

My diabetic nurse said I was a prime candidate got my hopes up only to be phoned by the GP to be told the CCG are not approving in my area yet!

Many thanks, I am actually feeling really good. Bloods still a bit high, however seems to be getting back to normal. All the rehab staff and diabetic team have been great and exercise increasing daily. Hope to be back to full fitness by the end of the month [emoji3]

The staff both cardiac and diabetic have been great, but as we all know nothing beats experience [emoji3][emoji3]
