    Low waking bloid sugar but.......

    As I was planning to run within 1.5 hours I wouldn't take bolus insulin in that time frame. I have to run with no bolus on board otherwise I hypo every time. I took 3 glucotabs 15 minutes before the start of the run

    That's the beauty of Parkrun, you get some folks do it in 16 minutes and others take an hour, but it's friendly and inclusive. I always hang around at the end and encourage others

    As with everything diabetes, we are all different. Nobody can say do "x" and "y" will happen.
