I have just had my 3 monthly review when diagnosed sept 22 2014 mine was 106 today i would have been happy if it was about 80 as I felt it would be going in the right direction but it was .......58 I am very happy.

Been referred to 'desmond' but have now been told they have stopped doing it.

I went for mine and they couldn't do it as I was not on the contractors system wasted my time and the person who took me.

I was referred to do the Desmond programme but they have stopped it where I live,the doctor said they encouraged the doctors to refer patients which they did and now it's stopped.:-(

I went for mine today and could not have it done,very frustrating as 5 others couldn't have theirs down due to not being a 'live patient' we are not on the system, on nhs on the Pauline Carr diabetes programme on not on the system that they use,I had to get somebody to take me wait for me pay...

I sometimes have bacon and eggs but don't have time to cook it every day,I was told to stay away from some cereals think it was Kellogg's but was hard trying to take everything in on a 20min appointment,with no proper advice.
