No I haven't managed to work out a way to resolve this, Just have to ring them when they are open and request replacement, don't expect this to be anytime soon.

I've complained twice about two sensors, nearly two weeks now and no sign of replacement. Yesterday my second sensor stopped working after eight days. Abbott again going to send replacement but how long is it going to take? Abbott need to get their act together.

Nearly 2 weeks since I complained to Abbott about my sensor, they sent letter saying replacement in the post. No sign of it. Yesterday my second sensor just stopped working, Abbott said new replacement in the post within 5 days. NOT impressed! At £49 a go Abbott you need sort yourselves out...
