    Thanks all for your prompt replies. I've read somewhere on the forum that 20 BG level means a urine test for ketones. I've been feeling tired at night also and getting up on a morning has been a killer. I'll keep you updated tomorrow. Thanks in the meantime...

    Hi. No change whatsoever. I'm not eating 100 per cent healthy I must admit. Drink Lager n Gin. But I did that back then when my readings were low. Totally puzzled me. Even my GP joked " you have strange diabetes !'. It's crazy because my hba1c tests have all been in the 30 s. Stumped

    Just had my second hba1c test ......33? Doc says my liver count is up . 50 and should be 20 ? Some sort of test he did on me. Told me to stop drinking alcohol and stop taking my Metformin. Have to go for blood tests tomorrow to find out what's wrong? Any ideas anyone?
