    Hi I am also on 2 x metformin MR and 1 x sitagliptin daily. No reaction to any the MR metformin is easier on your tummy than normal metformin which can cause wind and diarherra (sp) it may take up to a month for you to see changes in your sugar levels as sitagliptin takes time to start working.
