    Type 1: Prescription fine

Without doubt the best reply I have ever seen on any forum. I was banned for a long time for my responses to the negative posts by moderators. I was unable to reply to many of the posts. Thank you to the supportive people at the end of the day we should be as one.

    Type 1: Prescription fine

Still being accused of fraud by certain posters amazing. I got med exemption and never had to pay fine as they were wrong in the first place. I hope nobody else paid fines either. Be happy :)

Still haven't received an apology for the above reply. 1. I was never informed I need to renew. 2. I asked my GP if need a physical certificate and was told it was renewed automatically. 3. I have never been asked to produce said certificate in a pharmacy in 17 years. 4. I am on a repeat...

Hi OP here I have been told there is no right of appeal and still haven't paid it. Seems we are being told different things! Update:However after speaking to them this morning the fine has been waived. I told them the truth that I have never been informed or asked to produce.

    Type 1: Prescription fine

Hi I have just received a letter saying i have to pay a £96 fine for not having a valid medical exemption certificate. I was diagnosed Type 1 in 1998 and have never paid for prescriptions since. Nobody has ever told me about this. Has anyone else had the same thing and if so what was the outcome?
