I noticed this to, it was coming out in clumps for the first couple of weeks! But as others have said, once my sugars were under control it came back thick and fast. Try not to worry about it as that will make it worse (easy to say I know!)

Thanks everyone it went well, they did not take disciplinary action against me and seemed to be relatively understanding of the situation. I don't like taking time off but there was no way I could have gone to work, let's hope it was just a one off! Thanks again xx

I take one unit to lower by three mmol so if you are still high maybe start there if you feel confident doing so, if not ring 111 for advice hun x hope your feeling better today xx
