    Smoothies

i have just bought myself a Kenwood Smoothies2Go smoothie maker and it is very easy. Have only up to now used a few raspberries, small banana and some unsweetened almond milk. However, one of my friends has said that they are bad if you are diabetic as the natural sugar is high! I do not tend...

    Dapagliflozin

Was originally on 10mg but because I was having thrush, and going a lot to toilet I persuaded GP to reduce it to 5mg and the thrush has improved but I still need to wee a lot specially in night! I take the tablet mid day as found that helped. Have lost weight since been on it.

What's the best thing for dry, itchy skin?

I have to avoid anything with lanolin in as allergic too it, but get Cetraben from Dr which I use on my legs as they are so dry and this helps a lot. However, it is an emollient so quite thick so can only use it sparingly and at night.

    lets talk about yogurt!

Morrisons own brand is good. I make my own quite often using a Lakeland Yogurt maker (not easy yo) and using full fat milk. There is no sugar or sweetner in it and it lasts several days in fridge. Add berries to it.
