    Yeah I agree without test strips you'll have no way of knowing if it's going up or down, nobody wants to go to hospital but I'll think you'll have to this time. Good luck x

    Hi I've recently given up alcohol but I still enjoy going to the pub and socialising. I'm not a massive diet coke fan but end up drinking it all night because it's the only sugar free drink available. Has anyone else had this problem or got any ideas on what else I can drink ? x

    What was everyone's blood when they go diagnosed?

    I was 26 and only found out I was T1 when I moved house and changed doctors. My levels were 16 after fasting and was told I was really lucky to catch it when I did, even though I think I had been T1 for a good while before diagnosis x
