Sorry also meant to say there must be a lot of diabetics taking ALA and having the flu jab and the fact that there aren't many obvious results being brought up for this suggests it is not a common problem (in doing both).

Thanks, when I asked a boot pharmacist about ALA she had never heard of it! Diabetes Doc had never heard of it being used for neuropathy and when I was in A&E for an unrelated issue earlier this year the consultant didn't know it either and said to save my money! So I feel a bit awkward...
