    I am a great fan of base layers for running.....they keep you warm without bulking you up! I have several sets as I work outside and wear them under my uniform in the cold weather so get lots of use out of them - as they are not cheap!

    Diabetes comes under the Disability Discrimination laws. Your employed has a duty of care to take you disability seriously. If you are forsed out you could take them to Tribunal for unfait dismissal. GEt some proper advise and present it to them!

    In the current climate getting a job is hard - so I would challenge this decision. Speak to their HR department, they have a duty of care to staff and accomodating Disabilities is one of those duties. I would ask for your job back, along with a risk assessment to be done on you and your job...
