    Dennis Maybe it should have a political thread or even an ideas thread. For a start encourage government to give cash or prizes for people to lose weight, stop smoking or control their blood sugar. Even a MBE or knighthood for an average Joe Bloggs who does his bit to help the NHS to save money...

    GI , GL and Paul McKenna diets are very good. But why just diet when new gizmos like Endobarrier are on the horizon put pressure on your doctors and MP's to progress such and you can have both. A belt and braces way to better health and lower weight. :D
