    Possible but I think unlikely as croissant eaten at 10.30am. Realised I had also drunk some juice which I have been using like cordial as cordial doesn't exist out here. Even though it was a small amount, it may have been responsible for shocking rise. Will keep testing!

    B - English breakfast muffin, 2 fried eggs L - tuna, avocado, mayo mash, teff crackers D - cold roast chicken, fried mash cauliflower, marmite gravy followed by peanut butter 'fudge' with a chunk of 70% choc chopped up and mixed in. S - chunk of cheese that actually tasted like cheese!
