    Breakfast - 3 egg Omelette with hand full of cheese fried in butter Dinner - salad, Home made Beef burger and Mayo, berries with Double Cream, Snacks - Nuts, Single cream in coffee & 85% chocolate I tend to skip lunch . LCHF keeps me full until dinner time

    Milk

    I now use full fat lactofree, some one on here kindly recommend it to me. It does not spike me, but I only use a little of it in tea and the occasional coffee if I have run out of cream.

    My first 4.9 mmol/l :) at 7:30am. preceded by 2 5.0mmol/l this week. Have been on the LCHF for nearly 3 months and enjoying it.

    Favourite thing about LCHF?

    I made a cheese cake Friday. I got the recipe from Trudi Deakin book "Eat Fat" it used ground almonds , butter and low calorie sweetener, I used Truvia which was ok. I got some Erythritol for the next bake.

    5.7 @ 6.35 this morning, :) (May be the 30mins on the tredmill yesterday afternoon or the lump of cheese before bed.) It is normally around 6.2.

    do i count the carbs in veg?

    Have a look at Myfitnesspal it helps keep track of those carbs. I have been using the app for 10 days and has helped me get my carbs.
