Snacks - Nuts, Single cream in coffee & 85% chocolate

I now use full fat lactofree, some one on here kindly recommend it to me. It does not spike me, but I only use a little of it in tea and the occasional coffee if I have run out of cream.
I made a cheese cake Friday. I got the recipe from Trudi Deakin book "Eat Fat" it used ground almonds , butter and low calorie sweetener, I used Truvia which was ok. I got some Erythritol for the next bake.
