    ok, I managed to do another 5k this evening; nice breeze; little sunshine. 55 minutes; 600 calories; 5.9km Weekly totals: 170 minutes of workouts; Distance: 7.3miles; calories: 1700. I am falling short of my weekly averages; not sure how the next week goes.

    Yes, your physio is very much spot on. It is very important for T2D folks, to stay within the limits, injuries are worst enemies. Do not neglect shoulder injury, make sure that it heals and that you do everything towards that in a steady manner.
