    Update, GP rang me today to say well done! She also said that although cholesterol higher than she'd like, she's sure it will come down and wouldn't suggest statins (not a promted comment either) .

    Same system and timings in my surgery. Also, they are great with same day telephone appointments which are really helpful for queries. Great GPs and staff, which is such a help, really feel it's a partnership.

    @donnellysdogs how do you manage to swallow 2 tablespoons of flaxseed and 1 of chia? I sprinkle liberally on yoghurt /salad and make chai pudding but can't hit those volumes! Any tips please?

    @mogzilian try an aquarobics / aquazumba session. All shapes and sizes there and you are immersed in water so not on show. If I happen to be near any thin sticks who I perceive might be judging, I just splash more vigorously in their direction ..... !
