    Hy my BG was. 8.4 first thing this morning .for breakfast I had porridge and an apple and my took my meds(metformin) then 2 hours later I have spiked up to 12.4. Is the porridge, the apple or both

    I was told that I did not need to test by by Dr trouble is how do I know what my BG doing throughout the day. In the end I bought one so I am going to record my results over A two week period and show them to my Dr and see if I can convince him

    Hi been on Metformin 500 mg twice a day. Yes I have had bouts of diarrhoea , but ensuring I take with food it does cut them down .It does not stop it 100 percent though
