    I am going to Berlin tomorrow and nighttime temperatures are as low as -4 or -5 at night. I know to take frio wallets when i visit hot countries but are there any precautions to take visiting a place with temperatures below zero?

    Retinopathy letter received

    Had an eye screening test last week Received a letter saying i have some background retinopathy. Been diagnosed since 2015 and blood sugars mostly between 4-7 (90% of the time) So shocked to see this after 3 years of well controlled diabetes :/

    Feet Issues

    Declined Prescriptions

    Anyone else sick of their local surgery declining prescriptions for diabetes. I only request 100 needles / test strips every 2 weeks yet i constantly have to ring and complain to get them processed. How they can decline prescriptions for diabetes I will never know.
