    My unconventional approach to T2

I could have done better but I'm taking things steadily. I'm in no hurry. I enjoy reading different approaches to reversing T2 and informing myself rather than relying on the medical profession to advise me on what drugs I need, when actually, I don't. I truly believe most of my success so far...

No, it was probably just a design change. Is yours in 2 parts so that you sandwich it on the front of your knickers? If so, that tells you the magnetic 'force' is still working, I would guess.

Improving the Omega 3 and Omega 6 Ratio In Our Diet - A Resource from Dr. William Lands

I've been using coconut oil, having read that it had a high smoke point. That's clearly rubbish! How annoying. I think I'll switch to Rice Bran oil, as that looks far better for cooking.

    sweating on head when eating

I suffer from this and so does my Mum, therefore it could be a hereditary condition, in my case. On a busy tube this morning, I suffered terribly. My shoulder length hair was soaked through at the back and sides, dripping wet. (I'm sure my fellow passengers looked at me and thought I was a...

    My unconventional approach to T2

Hi everyone I've dipped in and out of this forum over the last 2 years, since I was diagnosed as T2. My story and approach is somewhat unconventional but I think it's worth sharing. I was first diagnosed with very severe sleep apnea and was given a mask to wear at night. Shortly after that, I...

    constant flushing

When I suffered from this, the most effective solution I found was wearing a magnet. I had relief within 24 hours and still wear it now. It's called a Lady Magnet - read the reviews on Amazon, but I have found it to be a life saver.
