    How important is it too eat on time?

    For example, if one day you have breakfast at 9.00 am and the next at 10.30 am, the next at 9.45am etc... How important is it to eat on time? Do you think an hour or so either side will make too much of a difference when trying to control type 2 diabetes? Thank you Molly

    Thank you so much for your reply hanadr - yes he is type 2. We have also been told that he needs a slow reduction in insulin... he has been given around 2-3 months at these levels. Can insulin be reduced quicker than this?
