I'm exalty like this I carb count but I my hbac1 were42 and classed as non diabetic range so I am on half dozes as they think my body is sensitive to insulin how can my body become sensitive to something I need. Xx

I'm hypo unaware and I did the DAPHNE course and they recommend 6.5 mine at the moment is 4.8% and that's only because I'm not eating as I should.c
