*Urgent* Not sure if took Levemir dose or not?

Hi guys I went to do my levemir dose and the pen didn't take as long to inject and I didn't hear many clicking sounds. What should I do? I now don't know if I've given the dose or not. I hope I don't go into diabetic ketoacidosis while I sleep:( Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks

    Diabetic eye test

Hi, I've got my first eye test checking for signs of retinopathy tomorrow and to be honest I'm a little fearful. 1. It says on the letter that they have to put eye drops in your eyes? It also says it may sting and mess with your eyesight. Is this true? Someone told me not everyone has to do...

Yeah I have Coeliac Disease. I didn't have the endoscopy, instead I had the new genetic marker test to indicate the disease. I had high antibodies so it was apparent I had it anyway. Yeah it's not that hard now I'm kinda used to it. I know what I should and shouldn't it etc. I think both the...

How many people here are Coeliacs as well?

Hi there. I've recently received the results from my blood test, which shows I am positive for antibodies concerning Coeliac. We are just waiting for a endoscopy to confirm it. The thought of being a coeliac as well as diabetic is really getting me down as it means I have 2 major things to...

    What is the honeymoon period?

Apparently you get it since diagnosed. I was told about it but didn't understand why your pancreas would magically start Producing insulin even though apparently it's not producing any?! Could this be to do with my amazing levels lately and good control

Thinking of writing a poem called "RIP Dear Pancreas".

My pancreas probably still does things for me and I appreciate that, even though it doesn't make any insulin. That why I say at the end of the poem "I hope one day I'll see you again" because I hope one day there is a cure and it works again [emoji17]

Just a side note: My pancreas isn't dead. But poetically, it is because it doesn't function.

Haven't had a hypo since diagnosis? (Month and a half ago?)

Hi guys, Got diagnosed in July 25th. Just wondering why I haven't had any hypos since diagnosis. Is this something to be worried about or does it just mean I've got good control? Maybe it could be to do with the honeymoon period which I could possibly have? ??
