    My BGF this morning was 7.6mmol/L. i had an urge to eat some shortcake fruit biscuits about half hour later. I have had 1 cup of tea so far, and just tested my blood sugars before lunch and my sugar levels have dropped to 4.9mmol/L Anybody know why this has happened

    T2 bit shocked this morning, tested middle finger right hand, had job to get blood, fbg 18.5 decided to recheck on other hand and reading 8.6 phew

    Its mainly dairy and some spicy foods, I ate a couple of boiled eggs yesterday and they upset me. I have lactose free milk in Tea and Coffee and cereal, but I dont drink much either. also sometimes with the hernia, food does not digest very quick

    yeh before Brekkie, diagnosed in August 2015, no meds as yet. Dietician December also Diabetic Nurse December. Have cut down on carbs etc. but finding it hard
