    I agree with you, I loved my food and I was abit lazy, now I have an incentive ..I feel better than ever yet although Ive cut out carbs by 90% I still take metformin and 20 units of levermir daily

    I have been getting hypos regular since ileostomy reversal 18 years ago, was tested throughout the years for diabetes etc all negative, have been diabetic one and half years, finally I'm in control and find my sugar levels dropping so easily again...I feel confused by all this, any advice...

    I have been getting hypos for 18 years since colon removal, I was told back then that I was dehydrated and needed to have a pack of crisps and drink, hypos happened on a regular basis ( I believed I was dehydrated I drunk and had crisps or peanuts) ....I saw my doctor many times over the years...
