    Ok..now I can't get my head around this at all...

    @Finsky Your tiredness could be due to a shortage of Iron and vitamin B12 you will need a blood test to check. I was feeling like that after 2 months on hospital food yuk! An injection from the doc made me feel better. I now include Liver and Marmite in my diet to keep my levels up.

    5.2 :( Had Duck in hoisin sauce for dinner, Sauce must be slow release carb as I was only 4.8 before bed. Just looked it up. Its 80% carb which for the amount I had that's about 25 grams. ouch. Still it was nice and my averages were getting a bit low.

    3.7 :) Day 3 of caffeine free, it seems to have made a difference? I'm away for a few days now so experiment will continue next week.

    4.7 :) And my weight hasn't changed for 2 weeks:)
