Hi I am type 2, I have been on the LCHF diet for about two months, I have lost two stone but have another one to loose, but I keep getting cramp in my legs, any ideas why?

I watched a programme a few months back about how granulated sugar is processed, this was pre diabetes diagnosis, I decided then to come off Granulated sugar and use Splendid instead as was recommended by the programme, is Splenda ok? Is it as bad as sugar ? Does anyone have any idea?

stupid to ask this but I can't find an answer anywhere! If I stop Metformin because my low carb diet helps my diabetes, will my free prescriptions stop even though I have now been diagnosed with emphysema ? Or is my puffer free on NHS as well as Metformin? Thank you .

Hi, tested my bs yesterday morning before breakfast and it was 6.3 ate porridge and took a Metformin tablet and tested again after almost 3 hours and it then read 4.3 ? Any ideas?

I have been told I don't need to test my glucose levels, and to see the nurse every three months,I am on 1 Metformin a day, should I be allowed to test? And should they provide supplies?
