    Hello to everyone

    I was diagnosed in 2008, so I have been living with Diabetes for a while. I am starting Insulin soon and just wondered if there is any advice people could give me. I have prepared by going on low carbs, but I am worried about putting on weight (amongst other things). Thanks for any comments.
